Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual's name, all accounts will be terminated and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect your password has been stolen or your account accessed without authorization, notify us immediately at support@4qqee.net.
Your account must have a sufficient balance before placing any bet on 4qqee. Once a bet is successfully placed, a confirmation number will be issued — this serves as proof of the bet. Any bet without a confirmation number will not be considered valid.
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified. However, 4qqee reserves the right to void bets under the following exceptional circumstances:
During in-play or live betting, odds can change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is processed by the system, 4qqee reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.

4qqee currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC). Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts. Identity verification, proof of address, and payment method verification are mandatory before your first withdrawal.
Withdrawal Policy: Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal will be processed back to Mobile Pay.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Mobile Pay and Nagad payments are often completed on the same business day. VIP members receive priority processing for faster withdrawals. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, 4qqee verifies identity in certain situations. Documents may be requested in the following cases:
4qqee offers a welcome bonus for new members. To qualify, you must make your first deposit after registration. The welcome bonus is available once only and applies exclusively to accounts that have not previously received any bonus.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before any withdrawal can be made.
Bonus Terms: Bets placed with bonus funds only count toward the wagering requirement on events with odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute to meeting the wagering requirement.
4qqee is committed to preventing bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:
If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4qqee platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
4qqee reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.
4qqee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@4qqee.net. Any pending bets and transactions must be settled before the request is processed. Any valid remaining balance will be withdrawn.
Accounts permanently closed due to rule violations cannot be reinstated. Any bonus funds in such accounts will be forfeited, while the fate of original deposits will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
4qqee believes betting is a form of entertainment, but it can become addictive. That's why we take responsible gaming seriously.

If you feel that betting is getting out of your control, use the self-exclusion option. This will close your account either for a set period or permanently. No new accounts may be opened while self-exclusion is active.

4qqee typically provides an initial response to complaints within 7 business days. Complex cases may require 14–21 business days to investigate. During the investigation, the relevant account or transactions may be temporarily suspended.
Decisions made by 4qqee senior management are considered final. Users who remain unsatisfied may appeal to the relevant licensing authority. 4qqee is committed to complying with all applicable regulatory guidelines.
Please Note: In any dispute, 4qqee's server logs and records will serve as the definitive evidence. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, 4qqee reserves the right to reclaim the affected amount.
